Sleep Support
BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
Book a discovery call or select a package if you are ready to get started!
If you are still undecided, let's hop on a call to ask questions and talk about your goals to see if sleep training is the right fit, right now.
INTAKE
After you've selected the package that best fits your needs, we are ready to get started!
I will have you fill out an intake questionnaire. This helps me learn more about your child, your family, and helps me personalize a sleep plan that is best for YOU and your child.
LET'S GET STARTED
We will set up an intake call to go over the sleep plan, sleep environment, answer questions, etc to make sure you feel ready to successfully implement the sleep plan.
I will work alongside you and review sleep logs, make adjustments, answer questions, and be your dedicated cheerleader to help you stay consistent.
WRAP UP CALL
Toward the end of our time together, we’ll connect for a wrap-up call to review progress, answer any remaining questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. Afterward, you’ll receive a graduation email with practical resources and guidance to help you handle future sleep disruptions like illness, travel, or developmental changes.

Questions?
Who is this sleep support for?
This service is designed for children 4 months - 7 years (older children can be considered). Whether you’re dealing with frequent night wakings, short naps, bedtime battles, early morning wakes, or feeling stuck with inconsistent sleep, support is personalized to your child and your family’s goals (and me as your built in cheerleader to encourage you).
What sleep methods do you use?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I use responsive, evidence-based strategies and work with families to choose a plan that aligns with their comfort level and their child’s needs. Most parents think sleep training means "Cry-it-out". This method is called extinction - while completely safe to do, it is not a method I use.
How long does it usually take to see improvement?
Many families notice changes within the first few days, with more consistent progress over the three-week support period. Every child is different, and part of the work is adjusting in real time as we see how your child responds. The biggest part to remember is that any approach will require consistency from the caregivers.
What does “unlimited support” actually mean?
You’ll have ongoing messaging access through the Rested app for questions, reassurance, and troubleshooting during the hours of 8 am - 9 pm. While responses aren’t instantaneous, you can expect thoughtful guidance and support throughout the process (and usually within 2 hours)
Do you support breastfed babies and night feeds?
Yes. Feeding and sleep are closely connected, and feeding goals are always discussed and respected. Sleep support does not require weaning unless that is something you want to work toward.
What if my child cries?
Some frustration (which is expressed via crying) is a normal part of learning new skills, including sleep. The goal is not to eliminate all crying, but to respond in a way that is supportive, intentional, and aligned with your comfort level.
What happens after the support period ends?
You’ll receive a graduation email with guidance and resources to help you navigate future disruptions such as illness, travel, or developmental changes. Many families find they feel confident handling sleep on their own after this point. However, just because our 3 weeks end does not mean I'm gone forever. I always tell my parents to reach out!
Can I use FSA or HSA funds?
Some families are able to use FSA or HSA funds for sleep consultation services. Coverage varies by plan and may require a letter of medical necessity from your pediatrician. I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt if needed.
What if we need more support after the program ends?
Additional support options may be available if needed. This can be discussed during your wrap-up call.
